Tell us about your professional career journey with Myxa?
I joined Myxa in its early days and feel grateful to have seen the organisation grow into what it is today. Along the way, I’ve contributed to many of our processes and practices and have continued to learn and grow in my role as the organisation has evolved.
It’s been an amazing journey, and I’m proud to be part of a strong and dedicated team.
Can you walk us through a typical day as the People & Culture Business Partner?
No two days are ever the same – which keeps things exciting! My days are always busy, but I enjoy that about the role.
Some days are more people-focused, others are a little more behind-the-scenes, but every day brings opportunities to connect, problem-solve, and contribute.
What do you love about working at Myxa?
I really love that I am in a position that allows me to regularly communicate with people across all parts of the organisation. It makes the work feel more personal and keeps things interesting every day.
The team vibe at Myxa is very supportive and everyone’s willing to help out, share ideas, and have a laugh along the way.
Can you share a specific instance where your work made a positive impact on Myxa or a participant?
My impact at Myxa has been part of a bigger journey. Being here since the early days has meant I’ve had the chance to contribute along the way and play a role in shaping who we are.
