Quick referral response. Proactive communication throughout every placement.
Structured evidence for plan reviews. A provider committed to working through difficult moments with participants.
Myxa supports participants across the spectrum of need, with specialist capability when complexity increases.
Participants with behaviours of concern, dual diagnosis, psychosocial disability, forensic history, or a combination of needs that require structured, consistent support.
Participants with High Intensity Daily Personal Activities or Implementing Intensive and Complex Behaviour Supports funding who need a provider with specialist training and clinical collaboration.
Participants whose previous support arrangements have ended and who need a provider with the systems and resilience to manage complexity. We assess each situation on its merits and give you a clear answer.
Participants being discharged from hospital, leaving a justice setting, or transitioning from another provider. Our Hospital Discharge Program provides a structured pathway for complex discharges.
We also support participants with straightforward support needs. The same Myxa Framework, training, and oversight that manages complexity benefits every participant, regardless of where they sit on the spectrum of need.
We respond to all referrals promptly with a clear answer on capacity and suitability. If we can proceed, we move quickly to assessment and planning. If we cannot meet a participant's needs, we tell you directly so you can explore other options without delay.
Before support begins, we gather comprehensive information from you, the participant, their family or representatives, previous providers, and allied health professionals. Staff are selected and trained in participant-specific strategies before day one. Your SIL Manager or Core Support Manager is your direct point of contact from onboarding through to ongoing support.
You receive regular updates as agreed, including progress and challenges. We communicate progress, challenges, incidents, and plan review evidence proactively. When circumstances change, we tell you early so you can plan ahead.
We collect structured evidence throughout every placement: support delivery data, incident reports, progress against goals, and documented support needs. This evidence is provided in a format that supports your plan review submissions. For MTA stays, real-world evidence of actual support needs can strengthen the case for appropriate long-term funding.
When we accept a referral, we are committed to following through. When difficulties arise, our approach is to identify what is driving the situation, adjust strategies with input from allied health professionals, and communicate transparently with you throughout. Our incident management is learning-focused, emphasising improvement.
