We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However:
- Service descriptions, vacancy information, and pricing are indicative. The supports we actually provide are governed by the participant’s NDIS plan and the Service Agreement we sign together.
- Blog posts, news, and explainer content reflect our understanding at the time of publication. NDIS rules and pricing change — please check the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission for the latest official information.
- Information on this website is general in nature. It is not clinical, legal, financial, or NDIS-planning advice for your individual circumstances.
3. Referral and contact forms
When you submit a referral or contact form on this website, we handle the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting a form you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Where you are submitting information about another person (for example, an NDIS participant you support), you have that person’s consent (or are otherwise legally authorised) to share the information with us.
- Submitting a referral does not create a binding contract or a right to a placement. It opens an intake conversation so we can assess whether Myxa is the right fit.
4. Acceptable use
When using this website you must not:
- Submit false or misleading information, especially in a referral or feedback form;
- Send spam or use the contact and referral forms for any purpose other than legitimate service enquiries;
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security, integrity or availability of the website;
- Scrape, harvest or extract content from this site for commercial training datasets without our prior written permission. (We do welcome AI search/answer engines that cite us — see our /llms.txt.)
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
